Registration

Before you register

The meal gifts come from your community. Businesses, schools, groups, clubs, churches, and families donate the food and funds; the 500 Turkeys Team coordinates it all.

• There are no eligibility criteria. If you are in need, sign up for one meal gift.
• One meal gift per home; registration must be under an adult.
• Please do not register unless you intend to pick up the meal.
• Registration is first come, first served.
• You may register for yourself or another family.
• Duplicate registrations will be removed.
• Please respond if a Turkey Team member contacts you.

Distribution will be inside

• Pick up on the date and time printed on your ticket.
• You may arrive anytime within your specific ticket window.
• Please expect a short wait while volunteers serve every guest with care.
• Space is limited, so please do not bring extra people.

Email notification & tickets

Complete both registration screens and all 12 questions. A PDF confirmation ticket will be sent to the email address provided. If no email arrives, registration may not have completed or the email address may be incorrect. Save your ticket and bring a printed copy or show it on a mobile device.

Waiting list

When registrations are full, choose the Sunday date to join the waiting list. As meals become available, you will receive an email and have limited time to register. Being on the waiting list does not guarantee a meal.

Don’t forget: check your email immediately after registration.
